Returns

Due to the nature of vitamins and dietary supplements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened or used products for safety and hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product;

  • An incorrect item;

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hebslab.com, including your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
